I was just Googling "Ricotta Pizza" and came across this great blog, Smitten Kitchen. After reading over Deb's ricotta pizza recipe, I visited the current/main page of the blog and she has a recipe for spaghetti with chickpeas. After reading her first paragraph I laughed out loud. It's as if I had written this blog entry while thinking of my friend, Daniele. If you are a runner you may like that recipe and any others who like to cook I'm sure will enjoy this blog.
